Plex can NOT renew certificate for secure connection

Server Version#: 1.27.2.5929-a806c5905
Player Version#:

After a server crash from the hard drive filling up, and doing a VM restore, my certificate can NOT be renewed. I found this from these logs:

I was reading that this is something support can reset on the back end? Wondering how to go about doing that?

We have a normal thread for these requests:

I have reset your certificate…

Restart your server and give it a little extra time to start.
(The certificate server is very busy generating new certs … all day)

It will get a new certificate.

Can you reset mine as well? I made a post here a couple hours ago, maybe I put it in the wrong place, but my server has been acting up since the latest Nvidia Shield update.
