Plex can view sub folder with correct naming?

Hi community,

The folders stored in TV Shows are not seen by Plex, is this a configuration problem?

The naming is correct though.

The .mkv files, etc. that are at the root of TV Shows are directly seen by Plex, but not if they are in a folder.

You can see this screenshot from my folder.

You’re using too many . characters. That’s all. You can’t replace spaces and use it as the name-episode-title delimiter concurrently.

Idea and recommended format:

The Handmaids Tale/
  Season 02/
    The Handmaids Tale.S02E13.ext

additional nesting within the season is not helpful.

FileBot / TheRenamer will make easy resolution of this

Yes. That is not the proper structure. It should be

Main folder

  • Name of TV Show
    – Season XX (this is not required but highly recommended)
    — Name of TV Show - SxxEyy.mkv
  • Name of next show
    etc…

You’ve got episodes from multiple shows jumbled up with folders.
