i have just downloaded the IOS Plex app and it sees my library fine but when i click to play on a film it says Unavailable Media the Plex Media Server Cant find or access the media file for this library item at the expected location but it plays fine on my other devices any ideas?
Have you already tried to force-quit and restart the app?
Yes force quit and restarted no difference, it actually sees the library but says after a second on each film that its unavailable
Not sure if the images will come through but basically the first one the button says resume and then a second later it goes red to unavailable
It works fine though on my android tablet
