Plex server occasionally won't detect library, requires force closing the app or reopening the tab

Hey everyone, I have this annoying problem with plex, where when I open the app, it’ll just not show my media and tells me my library is empty. But the media is there and if I’m on ios or any smart tv app, I just need to close the app and reopen and they reappear, or if I’m on a web browser I just close the tab and open a new one and everything is fine.

I’m running plex in docker on truenas. The weird part is that the media is still clearly there and also accessible even when plex says it’s not, because when I search for something I know is in my library and click on it, it still plays. So it recognizes the media when search and is able to undergo playback, it just pretends that it’s not there. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks.

Forgot to mention, it’s happening on my local network and when I access remotely.

I have been getting something similar, but it only happens on iOS app and it only started happening when the app was upgraded recently.

Sometimes when I open the app it will only show the plex TV shows and movies. A message will say “No libraries available. Looks like you don’t have any supported libraries.” if I wait a moment tre message cycles and says “No libraries found”. If I close and reopen it will work as expected 100% of the time.

No other app behaves this way.
