Plex iOS synced from service library view broken

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2902 (Ubuntu)
Player Version#: 7.0

When i select to display items synced to ipad, it will show recommended items just fine & they can be played. But if i select the library view, it reports the server is unavailable and doesn’t show any available files.

The server is accessible - i can stream and sync to both ipad and abdroid devices. Even if it weren’t available, why should that be an issue for playing synced content?

Moreover, this function is working fine on my android device

What logs are needed to help diagnose?

I’m experiencing this same issue.

I have the same issue as well on multiple IOS devices.
Plex server version 4.35.1 on windows 10
iOS version 13.5.1
I tried deleting all sync content, uninstalling and then reinstalling Plex IOS app. Then sync downloading content. No change.

Download and sync for a library shows videos in Recommended, but none in Library.

Might be worth directing all our attention there to keep everything together if it is the same issue.
