Plex cannot play some videos

Hi,

I got a problem with some videos, they start but all i can see is a bunch of pixels. Not all my videos.
I’ve tried on the web client , my phone and my shield tv and the problem is the same, on the same files.
They used to work but since the last update of the server , it doesn’t anymore.
I’ve tried to put an older version of PMS but can’t find how to do it. I’m a bit stuck right now!

if i uninstall plex, will i loose all my libraries ?

Thanks so much it works.
Am i the only one to have this issue ? or is it a known one ? Just to know if i can install the next update .
