Server not showing or playing files after latest update

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876

my server is not showing certain video files that were uploaded nor is it playing certain files that were previously playable, what do i need to do to fix?

i have tried restarting server and updating libraries.

i can watch my movies, but i can NOT watch ANY of my tv shows

UPDATE 2

uninstalled and reinstalled with previous version that actually worked 100%, now that version is is doing the same

FINAL UPDATE

had to delete libraries and re-create libraries

hope i dont have to do this with every update
