Can't play any Video since last update

Hi.
I got a problem with my plex.
Since the last update (resprectively the one before) i can’t play any Video on any device.
The Plex Server is running in my Linux-NAS (OpenMediaVault). I can add new movies and series and they are shown in the database.
But when i try to play them nothing happens.
The Android-App sais “An error occured, please try to restart the server and the app”.
Webclient in Firefox nothing happens.
Webclient in edge sais “there was a problem in playback. retrying in 5 seconds”.
IOS-App tries to start the playback and goes back to the database.

What can i do to get it work again ?

So, after getting no response I tried a complete new install today.
I removed the plexserver, moved the database dirctory, installed plexserver again, setup a new database an added the mediafolders again.
The movies are shown in the database, infos are downloaded from the movie database, but still can’t play any movie on any of my devices (IOS, Android, Linux (RasPlex) or any webbrowser.
Anyone got an idea ?
