For some reason, Plex won’t show the second season of CLANNAD. The second season is even shown here Season 2 of Clannad (2007) | Plex is where to watch your movies and TV on the plex webpage so it knows it exists. Can anyone help me get this working? I have attached screenshots of what my folder looks like.

The most important bit in the file name is the appropriate season and episode number notation s02e17 which in this example means Season 2 Episode 17
Name your files according to Plex recommendations.
Plex Dance the entire show after renaming.

FYI1: Case of show name does not matter. I saw it listed as “CANNAD,” but “Cannad” is OK too.
FYI2: To make testing easier, perform a partial Plex Match. Move the entire show where it cannot be seen by Plex scanners. Perform steps 2 - 4. Rename one or two episodes, then move just those episodes back. If it works, then you can rename all the episodes.

..../Season 01 <-- "Season" in English. Two digits for season number.
....../CLANNAD - s01e01.ext <-- sXXeYY mandatory. ext = mkv/mp4/etc.
