Server running on Asustor AS5304T Ver 4.3.0RSB1
Plex cannot find my server. I cannot view any files on my server from 2 Apple TV’s or my M1 Mac.
My server is now invisible on my network. All of my devices are on the same network and vlan as the NAS. My NAS is working properly as I can login to the UI and I can also access my media through finder “connect to server”. If my Mac can find the server why can’t Plex. I am using the Safari browser with this url (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/) just as I have before. My 2 Apple TV’s say that the NAS is unavailable. I have rebooted the PMS and the NAS and that did not help. I am out of options. Please help if you can.
I just shut the PMS down on the NAS and then rebooted the NAS. When the NAS came back up I powered on the PMS and now it works.
