Plex can't find my Plex Server after reinstalling backup

Player Version#: 3.83.2

Have just reinstalled my Plex backup files and registry but when I tried to start, I get the “can’t find server” msg. I’ve followed every suggestion trying to find the problem but with no success. I did notice that I downloaded the latest 64 bit version of Plec Media Server yet my program lists it as 32 bit version (?). In addition, I have log in confusion in that I have 4 different Plex logins…TV, Forums, App, and Server/Manager. Not sure how to find Server or Player version (there’s a difference?). I’ve done all I know to do and still can’t get Plex running. Can somone lead me out of the woods, please?

Also getting the msg. “127.0.0.1 can’t connect.” Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
