Plex can't play unless I set max quality to 2MB 720

A couple days ago my plex worked perfectly fine, then the next day all of a sudden when i go to watch my shows it gives me an error saying “We can not play this right now”, I have tried all sorts of changes, but the only thing that lets me play stuff is if i force the quality down, but why would it do this out of no where with 0 changes to either my computer or my TV?

I tried rolling back to a version i knew worked previously (1.21.1.3876-3c3adfcb4) but that still didnt help. I am going absolutely nuts trying to figure this out, im in the middle of the Mandalorian and I just want to watch it so bad but Plex decides to break right now.

Any help is appreciated.
