Plex can't see my Media on WDPR4100

I installed the Plex App onto the PR4100, and even had WD tech support share screens to verify all was correct, but the Plex can’t see my Media. When you normally install the App, a setup Wizard should connect the Media which is on my PR4100 … but it never popped up. I have tried uninstalling and installing multiple times with no success.

WD said they have no idea the issue and said that it is Plex issue.

Can someone at Plex please help?
