Hello, I’ve been compressing some of my files and keeping the dolby vision content with it intact. So far everything has been working well. Last night I did one, and after finishing it and testing it, everything was working as intended. Now this morning I woke up, and its not playing back in dolby vision. I than tried the original file to see what was going on, and now the original file is not being detected as having dolby vision content as well. This is only happening with one movie. Everything else that has dolby vision content is playing back well, except for this particular movie. I noticed there was a plex server update this morning as well, I installed the update and same result.
Update: I just realised that the plex app on my tv is having problems playing back any dolby vision content that uses profile 7 with BL+EL+RPU. Was there a update to the plex app on sony tv’s that changed something? They were all playing back fine yesterday.
