Where can I find my plex channels? I current don’t have anything in my library but use plex for the channels. After the update I lost all of my channels. Where can I find them?
Update: If you are having this problem just add something to your library. I downloaded a picture from Google images and uploaded it to my plex server and now I have access to my channels from my xbox. Thanks to all who helped. Plex figure your ■■■■ out.
Hi there. You can find channels at the bottom of any dashboard page. Hope that helps.
The dashboard is still empty on all of my new pages.

There is text but it just says “dashboard empty” for every page. I can access my channels on my pc but not my xbox.
I just figured this out I had the same question. Hover over home press up and it opens a submenu of options in the dashboard. Scroll to the bottom right and channels is there lol
@SinoSino4 Do you have any content on your server? If so then the dashboard would populate and channels and online content would be at the bottom. If not though we’ll be making changes to support your use case.
I don’t have any content at the moment. I just use Plex for the channels. I tried hovering over the home button and nothing appears. I can’t go up like I can in all other categories.
Yes unfortunately you need some content for the channels and online content hubs to show up. We’ll be fixing that, sorry for the inconvenience.

I have content but I still don’t have any Plex Channels. Came here to ask the same thing. Channels don’t even seem to have any pivot at the top of the menu in the new XBox One app (I would assume the Channels pivot would exist along with Movies, TV Shows, etc).
@negated For the moment they’re at the bottom of the dashboard, you can find them by scrolling all the way down.

You are hit by the overscan bug. You’re not getting the full picture of the screen as parts of it are off the screen. For example on your Top Menu you don’t see the top of the icons. If you did you would see there is an arrow pointing up to give you an idea that you can click up to get another menu.
This is a pretty common issue for those with over scan setup on the xbox.

So why am I paying for a service that is broken and is not being fixed?
There is an “overscan bug” and channels are unavailable, so fix it or give us the option to revert back to plex before the update.
