I’m pretty sure this issue has been brought up before but I’m going to post it because I’m behind the times and I don’t have time to search for old articles that may or may not apply to my setup. So here it is. I’m running Plex client on my MBP (MacBook Pro). I play a movies and stream the audio to a pair of Apple HomePod speakers. The problem is that the audio is way out of sync with my HomePods. I don’t seem to have this issue with Apple TV (OOPS was I not supposed to mention that app?) I did and HomePods work beautifully with that service. So I’m wondering if Plex has decided to include the Apple HomePod in its list of supported audio devices. But I’m guessing that I will be told to to manually go in and try and sync up the audio and video so that if it doesn’t work then it’s all about me.
Please tell me that this is not the case and that my lifetime membership isn’t being used to beat me over the head for doing something wrong. (
