If I select a song while a song is already playing the music stops and the song I selected doesn’t start playing. If I then hit the stop button it does not respond (the play button doesn’t appear). The only way out is to reset Plex. have two nvidia shields and this happens on both. Is this a known bug? Is there a work around? When will it be fixed?
I’ve updated to PLEX Client Version 8.13.2.23227 and my NAS has been updated to 1.22.0. The issue persists.
I’ll ask again, is this issue being worked? Is there an estimated time to resolve? Does anybody from PLEX read this forum/help line, it’s been more than 3 months and no reply from tech support? Is this typical? Is there another way to escalate the issue?
Nevertheless I don’t see that any Plex employee cares about this malfunction at all, otherwise somebody would have typed in some helpful words here…
Again 2 MONTHS are over - a total of 5 MONTHS have passed. It’s truly a shame, because this is not a feature request (which takes ages for an answer or consideration - ya we got Plex Arcade… ) but a bug report. It seems like you lost your focus at some point.
