Playing music issue in my Nvidia Shield

I have an issue with Plex playing music in my Nvidia Shield, I play a song, but when I change to another song, the previous song keeps playing, then both songs are playing at the same time.

I have started having the same issue as well within the last week or more. My shield pro plex player is 9.31.0.3817. My shield pro is version 9.1.1, and my plex server is 4.108.0. Please look into this as I enjoy listening to my music on my home theater.

I’ve tried downgrading to previous Plex versions on shield and the issue persists. Also thought maybe my drive was dying, so I moved the music to a newer drive, and the issue persists. Can we please get a comment or support on this?

I also moved the files to another drive, also the issue persists, I haven’t been able to play music in my home theater for weeks, it’s an Android TV issue.

I now have to play my music off of the Samsung TV Plex App, since the nvidia shield pro Plex App doesn’t work. Can we get any actual technicians or moderators to comment on this?

I have the same issue, which happens on the Plex app on my NVIDIA Shield. The only way to resolve it, is by FORCE STOP the app. I also tried the Plex app on my Samsung TV, but this has a different, equally annoying isse: it plays half a second of each song, before jumping back to the beginning to properly play the song. This happens with EVERY song, no matter if they’re on an album, or a single song, or in a playlist.
