Hi, I am a Plex Pass user,
I authorized Google Drive in Plex Cloud Sync here https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers
Then re-started everything, but the option still does not show up in the Server selection dropdown menu, SCREENSHOT: http://take.ms/zvKdP
I’ve also looked in Add Library menu but not Google Drive option there neither SCREENSHOT: http://take.ms/GgnYb
What else do I need to do?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Plex has disabled server creation for new Plex Cloud users. They’ve been working to address challenges with performance, quality, and overall user experience inherent with cloud provider integrations and are pausing new server creation to evaluate the long term plan for the service. While options are evaluated, existing Plex Cloud users will continue to be supported and Plex will communicate any service changes before they take effect.

Ok guys, this wasn’t told me so I’ll ask for a refund. Thanks for the answer.
Any update on this? The prospect of Plex Cloud is probably the only reason I signed up for the pass today.
I was looking for a solution for this too and I am a new Plex Pass user. If I can’t use Plex Cloud, then what use do i have for Plex Pass?
I mainly wanted to use it for my Roku TV. I wanted to watch my movies and tv shows without having to run plex server on my PC.
But As long as new server creation for new users is disabled, then I am disappointed in Plex

Plex have removed all trace of Plex Cloud from the website apart from the FAQ page which explains that new users cannot create Plex Cloud servers. Nobody who signed up in the last few months for Plex Pass should be expecting to use Plex Cloud as it’s simply not advertised as a benefit.
That sucks ass I finally pay for a google business account to get unlimited gdrive space and now they cancel the one feature I have been trying to get going for months.

FUUUUUU!
I bought a Raspberry Pi and have spend several days learning how things work to use Radarr/Sonarr + Deluge + Rclone and I didn’t see that Plex Cloud was delayed/cancelled! >.<
Edit: At list I only bought the one month Plex Pass for testing…
Well not telling us sure is a quick way to lose customers
I only signed up for it for the cloud feature as well. Welp, time to look into other options while I request my refund.
Same boat, I’m afraid.
I had been using Plex for a number of years, mainly as a free LAN user, but thought I might take the plunge on a lifetime pass when such became offered to me at a “legacy member” price. I suppose that I should have suspected something to be amiss upon having received the same offer twice within a 5 month period of time, but I had been thinking about buying another month pass anyway to test something out & decided to grab it before it went away forever.
Now I find that bypassing VPN is a major ordeal, AND my idea to load onto a cloud server to eliminate that issue is no longer a viable option… Not pleased at all.
Seriously considering asking for a refund as well, but feeling slightly less alone in my displeasure over all of this after having ready through the comments above.
Misery loves company, I suppose.

Don’t confuse “Plex Cloud” with running Plex in the cloud.
Yes, the Plex Cloud service is currently on hold for new Plex Pass subscriptions.
However, you can run PMS on a server in the cloud.
Here’s one of many threads on the topic:

If you don’t have much remote usage then a simpler solution than running a VPS is to keep your media in the Cloud & mount your Google Drive on your local PMS. As you no longer need to sink money into local storage hardware this saves you a load of cash plus hassles of management, backup & worries about hardware failure.
