Plex Cloud Sync Google Drive Option Not Showing up

Hi, I am a Plex Pass user,

I authorized Google Drive in Plex Cloud Sync here https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers

Then re-started everything, but the option still does not show up in the Server selection dropdown menu, SCREENSHOT: http://take.ms/zvKdP

I’ve also looked in Add Library menu but not Google Drive option there neither SCREENSHOT: http://take.ms/GgnYb

What else do I need to do?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, pictures were not syncing in Cloud Sync" so I “unlinked,” in the Cloud Sync settings, moved pictures from Google Drive and then tried to re-link. Picture folders indicated they re-linking but nothing showed up on Google Drive and like you, the “Cloud Sync” option still does not show up in the Server selection drop-down menu. Yes, I paid nearly $ 5 for this feature, but it does not work. It looks like not only Google Drive, Dropbox cannot work. Can anybody help me solve this problem? Thanks. :neutral:

Ive had the exact same issue happen.

I had this problem and decided to wait until the Plex Cloud thing worked its way out then try Cloud Sync again. Three months later, neither work. What gives?. Cloud Sync use to work with my Google drive, but no more.

It has created a folder in my Google Drive, but cannot find a local folder or mount fro sync. So, when trying add a library there is no option to pick Google Drive.
