Recently, I went to my plex web server and noticed that none of my Collections show up from the web view, though they still display fine in the various apps (shield or android). In the web view, now when I go to the Collections tab, I just see a duplicate of the Library tab. this happens 100% of the time. Has anyone seen this or know a work around?
This will reset the Plex Web configuration and has been fixing such hiccups for others in the past.
Restoring defaults has no impact on your server… just the web app.
