Collections of One Library Disappeared - But through Web Browser only!

Hi all, I hope someone might have some advice on the below as I’m a little stumped myself. My Plex adventure has been going very well the last few weeks, as I recently got my Plex Pass. I’ve managed to rectify all other issues I’ve come across but I’m just not sure where else to turn on this one.

Yesterday, I’d an unusual issue develop on my Plex server. I was organising my anime content and I was adding all anime with English audio to a ‘Smart Collection’ (using a tag called ‘eng’). Collections were also created by the Scanner. Now, however, when I click on the “Collections” tab, the “Library” tab is just duplicated. This only applies to web-browsers. I’ve tried it on several computers including two desktops and iPad/iPhone. If I open Plex on my Desktop or I open the Firestick app, the 'Collection’s tab works as expected.

All content included in Collections still shows the membership when the item is clicked into. They’re very much still part of my Library but it’s like Plex is unintentionally duplicating the “Library” tab instead of loading the desired one. I have also tried cleaning this Library. All other libraries featuring Collections are working perfectly. I know I could just use the Desktop app, but I’d found it quite handy to be able to jump between Browser tabs to help with organisation of certain items. The below image shows the Collections view being the Library one (as the filter section disappears when viewing the Collections tab)

in the web app debug settings at the bottom hit the Restore defaults. button https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/debug

this only resets your web app settings it will not affect any server settings. ( You will need to re-pin the libraries you want on home page side bar)

Thanks a million BigWheel, that worked a treat! I thought I’d tried about everything, never thought of trying that (I should have seen it was non-destructive and given it a go and I must have settings sync enabled for other browsers instances to have had the same). Cheers!
