Verify the status of this selector in the properties of each of your libraries. It might have been set to detect commercials in all your media, instead of just in recorded content. [grafik]

Thanks Otto - I did not know about this setting. I have set it to disabled for all libraries, including DVR recordings. However the issue still remains :confused:

There is no way to see what it is doing without server logs. (“debug”, NOT “verbose”)

Thank you for all the help! I think this Ad detection, setting all libraries to disabled & manually clearing out the Library Trash did the trick! I will update here if it returns. Hmm… nope, I had to set all libraries to Ad detection: Disabled and then repair the db.
