Plex Commercial Skipper running though disabled

Hey,

I’m finding that my Plex server is slow recently and when checking what it’s up to I see this:

It appears to be running “Plex Commercial Skipper” which is using a lot of CPU. However, what confuses me further is while I do have a DVR, I have this setting disabled:

So why might it be running?

Someone else must have this issue to? I don’t even want to skip Commercials.

Enter the properties of each of your Plex libraries.
On the Advanced tab, close to the bottom, there is a drop-down selector named “Ad detection”.
Ensure it is set to disabled in all libraries.
