Is it possible to turn of the forced commercials when watching episodes of my own series? I’m growing a bit tired of ‘Night of living dead’, Fitzcarraldo and the puking baby.
I am a Plex lifetime subscriber so I don’t need this really.
Plex isn’t adding any commercials to your own media.
They’re only showing ads in the free / ad-supported video-on-demand libraries (“Movies & TV on Plex”)… and that part isn’t linked to your Plex Pass.
So… can you double-check if this is actually happening for media in YOUR library or if you’ve been watching some shows/movies from Plex’ online sources?
Never seen ads from Plex on my own Media, can you take a screen shot or photo of the offending ad and on what client?
Only exception would be DV Recording from a Digital Terrestrial Television or ad sponsored subscription TV.
You guys are right, I’m sorry.
It happens when we are watching Web Shows. I’m sorry I’m so confused
But still, I don’t mind commercials, I really don’t. But after seeing the puking baby of Fitzcarraldo for the xth time I was getting a bit fed up. Especially since the commercials are about Plex, not some 3rd party stuff, and I am a subscriber.
