Plex content is unavailable but file is there

I have some movie files I recently added to the external JBOD that connected to the Shield Pro, that when I try and play I get “Plex Content is Unavailable.” If I switch to the Plex server on my Windows 11 machine which access the same drives over the network, the file plays. In the Shield Plex server, I can’t even delete the file because I get a “There was a problem deleting this file” message.

I’ve restarted the shield. I’ve deleted the files from the hard drive and then copied them back, but I still get the same errors.
