I’m using my Dell Optiplex755 computer with Windows to run Plex, and my files are stored on an external hard drive. Lately when I’ve been trying to scan library files (particularly music) the plex media server crashes. Perhaps it’s a bad file? Or a bunch of bad files? It seems to be arbitrary. I don’t quite understand what’s happening and the research I’ve done online has a lot of information that goes well over my head
