Plex crashing when scanning library

Hello,

First of all, I have to say I’m in love with Plex, it is a godsend when It comes to playing my media at home.

After understanding the basics of how to add things the right way, I’ve encountered an issue whereby pressing on “Scan Library Files” randomly crashes the server while adding the new content, this means that I have to re-enter the server a few times for it to complete the adding process of the folder and metadata.

I’m not too sure how to get logs and if they are needed here, would love some advice, thanks!

edit: I just removed a folder from a library and it crashed again, seems like it doesn’t only do it when scanning.

Ps. running as administrator.

Would love it if someone can help me out figuring what the issue might be, again, if a log is needed I will provide, however, I’m not an expert in these matters so please direct me.
