Plex Server Crashes when scanning specific directory

So the server crashes every time it scans a folder .
I tired deleting the folder but the it stuck on another .
already tried the latest version so i downgraded to this version no luck.
deleting all plex files and data for a fresh start no luck when i add the directory and it starts scanning it will crash 2-5 mins in .
other directories on the drive can be scanned with no problem.

check the status of the drive with crystal disk info and all seems good.

the only thing left to do is move the directory to a different drive and check again but it will take about half a day .

i have the windows plex crash report that i got with the help of an article here and i have the logs as well .

any more suggestions will do.
hopefully i won’t need to move the whole drive to a new one .

That is a very old version. I see your server is running 1.28.0.5999

If you are getting crashes on 1.28.0.5999 please attach the zip of the server logs (assuming debug logging not disabled) and also zip any dmp file you have and upload to dropbox/google drive and send me link by Private Message. I would need matching logs and dump file - ie logs covering the time the dump was created
