My windows machine auto restarted for some reason this morning, I presume due to an update. Ever since then, Plex keeps crashing every few minutes (The tray icon remains, but I can’t access it the local url or play any media.
I see a lot of people with the same issue, mostly a few year old posts - I checked some logs which were mentioned

Some users suggested looking for the words ‘maligned’ & ‘corrupt’ but I didn’t see them.
Plex is also up to date as of today. The system has been fine for the last month and a half since I set it up.
Would appreciate any help!
If any logs are required, please let me know which ones so I can redact and upload those
