Hello! I’ve taken only a cursory look at the boards, but does anyone know a way to sync up the watched/unwatched status in both the Plex database and the iTunes library? Is that possible? If so, how?

I just joined to ask the same question.
I am watching my TV shows on an 27 inch iMac in the bedroom and have an ATV2 connected to the TV in the living room. Would be nice to have the watched/unwatched status synced between itunes and Plex.
The jailbreak option and install of Plex is not an option on the ATV2. It does not pass the WAF (wife’s acceptance factor)

Yes. I was doing something very similar… hence the question. Nice to see others are on the same page.
The only way for me is to manually mark the watched episodes in itunes (when watched in plex) or the other way around. Not really nice.

Is there no other solution to my problem so far?
It is really nasty to keep both watched-information in sync manually.
So sad ... this question was posted so long time ago, and today there is no way to have a response anywhere on the net

Ok everyone wanting to do this look into trakt.tv I don’t use iTunes so I have no experience with that portion but the site says you can do it. I use it on plex, xbmc and android.
