This is my old post from 3 years ago which is the exact problem I am getting again! Same system and set up, only difference is server version and the passage of time.
Running DB repairs don’t seem to help as it will do it again within a couple of hours or days.
Worst case was over 600 connections open to plex!
Here is the dump file, Logs and connections list from the deadlocks, this one hit 669 connections before I killed the process, not clue when it started as I was asleep when it happened.
Are you running 32-bit PMS?
And please learn how to spell does. You spelled it “dose” every time in your old posts and on Reddit today. Nobody said anything, so after four years, you still spell it “dose.”

You seem to be spelling all the other words fine.
Anyway, good luck with your problem. I read the original thread, and it seemed to stem from many different local factors. No mention of 32-bit or 64-bit PMS on that long long thread, so I wanted to mention it.
Yeah back when it first started there wasn’t a 64-bit windows client
