Plex Desktop app not displaying correctly

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

  1. Use 2 monitors, one with 2560x1440 and the other with 4k resolution

  2. Use of windows display scaling, 100% on the 2k monitor and 150% on the 4k monitor. These are window’s default settings

  3. launch plex, it will start up on one of the monitors

  4. move the plex window from one monitor to the other, then maximize the app. The plex window will fail to display correctly. For example if it is launched on the 2k monitor and moved to the 4k monitor, only 2/3 of the window will render.
