I recently tested the Download function to the Windows App, and I have to say, that works great. The only downside I found is this is not reported to Plex as activity, so we don’t know if something is being watched / consumed by others.
Are there plans to add this kind of activity to some Plex log?
I tried monitoring the activity with Plex Dash and it’s blank.
At least, when people sync to a mobile device, you can tell it’s happening. Which is not the case for Plex Downloads, which are completely silent to the admin.
