Not sure what happened in the last update, but I used to be able to pull up my Plex from my Laptop so I could watch and alter incorrect item info… But now it Just says the word ‘Plex’ on my Screen and has NO Options. I Tried restarting and signing out and back in… Nothing works… I have the Plex Pass and just realized they have NO SUPPORT!
Can Someone point me in the right direction
Are you using the desktop app or the web app. If desktop, uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixes it. If browser, try clearing the cache for plex.tv and try going to the site again.
I appreciate the tip. I had the same problem with My main PC that has the Desktop app. I restarted and that was fixed.
