My plex windows can’t be opened normally, it is blank after opening, there is no interface

The server has no classic app interface. You’ll only interact with it via the Plex Web app.
If this is a newly installed Plex Media Server and you’re working on the same machine, open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in your browser. This should bring up a setup „wizard“ where you can name your server, link it to your account and optionally create your first libraries (which you can also do/change at any later time).
After the server is linked to your account, you can easily access it from other Plex apps or the hosted web app.
What is the reason? I uninstalled and then reinstalled, or does it still look like this? Couldn’t find the reason, now the web plex can only be accessed through a browser
I’m not sure I understand the question.
I suppose it’s the nature of a web app to work in a browser. Once the setup is complete you can also access your server using the desktop client.
Yes, the first time I used it, I accessed the desktop client after logging in in the browser, but now I can’t open the desktop client! After opening, just like the picture, it is white, and there is no response when clicked

Got it. I thought this is about the Plex Media Server itself.
As for the desktop client… could it be the app window was moved somewhere outside the display?
You could try to clear the app‘s configuration data by deleting %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex (while the app is stopped). This will also wipe any customizations (e.g. pinned libraries or library order in the sidebar) but could „overcome“ some weird behavior.
thank you very much! After I deleted the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\plex folder, I can open the desktop application normally, thank you very much!
