Plex Direct certificate expired - Failed to upload CSR: 429 / API rate limit exceeded

Hi Plex team,

My Plex Media Server seems to be stuck with an expired Plex Direct certificate and cannot renew it because the CSR request is being rate limited.

Server Version#: 1.43.1.10611-1e34174b1
Player Version#: NA

Platform:
Ubuntu LXC on Proxmox

Machine Identifier:
ed9cca19de6bd267a6830a4b7c6d63b86a05830e

Could a Plex team member please reset or clear the certificate state / CSR rate limit for this server?

I posted once, but noticed it was to the Windows server list. I am running Plex on a Synology NAS. SO I thought I would repost here. Machine ID 130881f3aba9437e883b0bf3f2e2678f28ca809f

am also getting the CSR:439 certificate error in my logs. I tried deleting the cert file as was instructed in a different thread. That did not work. I can’t access Plex from most of my devices. Please help.

Both certificates have been reset.
If you haven’t done so already, please stop and restart your server(s) now.
