Plex Directory (Not my Media files) is 61 GBs

Like the titles says the Plex Media Server (appdata>Local>Plex Media Server>Media>localhost) has ballooned to 61 GB.

Is there a clean up utility?
Is this due to me having Plex Pass and all these extra features coming out?

Just trying to see what the bloat is about. All of my media is on a different drive so I’m not sure what this is about.

This is likely because pms is keeping 50~10000000000 copies of the poster artwork and snapshots. You can’t do anything about it. Its just the way PLEX is.The devs thought it is a good idea to save hundreds of pictures in different languages just in case you decide to learn a new language. Plex has you covered!
It has nothing to do with you plexpass

Not sure how that is a solution. Is there any option(yes I read your comments) to remove insured poster art?

Here is some intersting reading.

I chose this topic over dozens of other ones cause it shows the issue on multiple operating systems. People report many different things and are having different results. Go figure.

A very big portion of these 61GB might be video preview thumbnails.
