So i’m seeing this new feature but i can’t seem to make any disney+ stream play through plex own player aka exoplayer.
It opens disney+ and still playing through disney+ app. If we can’t use it to play videos from disney+, apple, amazon, etc, through plex player (that can auto frame rate) why do we need this for?

That’s how this feature works.
Plex doesn’t have the means to play any of the other provider’s media inside its own players.
The value add is that you can discover, search items across platforms or manage your cross-platform watchlist.

How do I disable it?
You currently don’t/can’t. There’s a feature suggestion asking for an option to disable it.

But i can disable it, at least hide from favourites i guess, but it’s good to know where those titles are available when not present in local library.
What would be awesome is integrating this discover feauture with imdb tv, that way the entire catalog of movies and shows would be there…
Can you imagine it being able to open an actor face and see the entire movie catalog he/she’s in and where those movies are available per streaming app?
Come on plex, do it, hurry hurry 
that would probably make me buy plex pass, i spend hours on imdb website searching for movies, if i could do it in my bed on plex via remote that would be a feauture worth paying for…
