This only happens on my Nvidia Shield. On my iPhone, PC, AppleTV the live TV will play normally. On the Nvidia Shield this error is present:
The error I receive says the following An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.
In the Plex Server log I see several entries such as the following:
Unable to find title for item of type 5
Invalid frame dimensions 0x0.
Unknown metadata type:
[FFMPEG] - Cannot load libcuda.so.1
[FFMPEG] - Could not dynamically load CUDA
Couldn't find the file to stream: /transcode/Transcode/Sessions/plex-transcode-71fcef77ff5c5d6b-com-plexapp-android-7a913891-9513-4b13-b0cc-e47507bb1541/media-00000.ts
The Nvidia Shield is the only device that cannot play the Live TV. The TV comes from a HDHomeRun tuner that’s directly connected to my network. I’ve ensured that the transcode directory works fine, other items do transcode when needed.
The server is running Unraid, I have a video card that is being used by another container exclusively. The Plex container should only be using Intel Quick Sync.
I hope someone has an idea and will be able to tell me what I need to do here to get live TV working.
