PLEX do not recognize some episodes of a series???

Hi all,

I have a strange phenomenon - just added a new series - it has 2 seasons with each 26 episodes. But PLEX recognize in season 1 just 24 episodes - in season 2 just 25 episodes…?

Every file has following naming:

“Series name” - “S0XE0X” - “Episode name”.avi

There is no difference between the missing episodes and that waht Plex has found and showing?

What can I do? I try 1st to move the whole series folder to a temporiary place. Wait 1 day - put it back in series folder…same result > 3 episodes are missing even the files are in right place with right naming?

I have no idea or soltution…could anybody help me?

PLEX is installed on Synology NAS (DS3615xs) > DSM 5.2-5644 Update 5.

PLEX-Version > Version 1.1.3.2700 .

Please copy/paste the filenames as you have them.

I have my regular DS1815+ DSM 6 and my DS3615xs Xpenology on 5.2 U5 in a VM.

I should note, just moving them out doesn’t clear out all the data

  4. Clean Bundles
  5. change / fix names / anything
  6. Move media back
  7. Update Library
