plex doen't show all (local *.nfo) metadata?

Hello,

running

  • plex media server 1.2.7.2987
  • XBMCnfoMoviesImporter (V 1.1-45)
  • local *.nfo file

Plex reads the local *.nfo correctly, but only show al limited number of actors:

web gui:

is this normal?

  1. the preplay screen of the web app always shows only the first few actors. The complete list just takes too much space. Internally, Plex stores more ‘roles’. These are available for use with the new search etc.

  2. the .nfo importer is a 3rd party plugin.
    check first, that the plugin has imported all roles from the .nfo file by taking a look at the Plex XML info of the movie.
    In there, the roles will appear like this:

If you don’t see all roles there, you must first talk to the developer of the .nfo importer plugin in the appropriate [release] thread.
