Plex does not hardware accelerated decoding on notebook

Hello,

I have the problem that the Plex windows player does not utilize hardware accelerated decoding which results in the iGPU beeing maxed out at 100% all the time and movies looking like they have 4 fps.
Playing the same movie via VLC does work fine with a 20% iGPU utilization. Hardware acceleration is turned on in the plex player settings. Media is played always with direct play.
Is that a known issue and is there a workaround?
All movies are H265 10bit HDR

Thanks for help

Best bet is to restart Plex for Windows, play one of those movies for a moment, then quit Plex for Windows. Afterwards attach only %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\Logs\Plex.log.

Here the logfile

nobody a idea? What makes VLC different to Plex?
