Plex does not have a Playback Profile

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973
Player Version#: Webos 3.8.0

i can direct play media but in my logs i keep getting errors like this
Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=3.8.0, device=, model=49UJ6200-UA

is there any way to get a proper profile created for the Lg-webos so we stop getting these errors or is there a way for us to get the latest profiles from plex as seperate download to update.
