Hi Peeps,
Plex isn’t picking up a TV show. Things I have confirmed:
The folder and file are named correctly:
\ Season 1<TV Show Name> - 1x01 - .mkv
All my shows are downloaded via Sonarr.
Other shows for today have downloaded in the same manner and are showing within Plex.
The TV show is listed on the TVDB site.
I’ve attached the agents I have set for TV shows.
I’ve restarted Plex and tried a manual scan of the library. Still not showing up.
Sonarr is using a separate folder (not the I: drive) the logs I think are showing that, as I attempted the Plex dance, copied the whole folder back in and performed a scan.
I have disabled:
Scan my library automatically
Scan my library periodically
If you have “the other Kardshians show” in your library, take a look at the Plex media info of S01E01. Is there the path to the newer show appearing additionally to the existing file? If so, this would be a mismatch.
I recommend you to convert the library to use the newer agent. It can use far more precise “matching hints”, so mismatches are pretty much impossible. Migrating a TV library to use the new Plex TV Series Agent/Scanner | Plex Support
If you’re prefering the episode ordering of TheTVDB over that of TheMovieDB, you can set the appropriate preference to “TheTVDB” in the properties of the library. (only available after the conversion)
Very interesting, wasn’t aware of the newer agent. I will look into this.
I checked “The Other Kardashians” show and episode S01E01 and you’re right. Both paths are listed. Original and new show.

EDIT:
Is there a way of fixing the mismatch, with the new show not appearing
Thanks again for the help so far.
I’ve switched to "TheMovieDB and refreshed the Library and Metadata
