Plex Does Not Start After Updating to 1.25.4.5487-648a8f9f9

After updating my plex server using regular apt get update apt get upgrade, my plex server will no longer boot up. Any ideas as to why this may be?

Below you can see my crash upladed succesfully, but when I look into the folders on my server, the folders are empty. Possibly I do not have the permissions to view the dump files?

Thanks for any help on this matter.

Try it again, and after it fails again, show the output of journalctl -xe

Hi @dane22,

Thanks for your reply. Here is the output from journalctl -xe:

@dmcmulle

Could you also upload a compressed file with all the PMS logs ?

Hello @dane22,

I have created the requested compressed file here → https://p156.p1.n0.cdn.getcloudapp.com/items/04uLdk2L/41a9a391-bc23-44e6-a089-47a16b566172.gz?v=036db371fb254926d1cebfbb8dbd2ecf

Let me know if you need anything to help me get this resolved.

Thanks in advance!

I need the entire log directory, including sub directory, in a zip, not just a single file

Hi @dane22,

Did you extract the file? I believe I included everything you requested.

I thought I did

But got it now, thanks

You should have a file in
/usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Chicago

Could you upload that?

Sure, here you go.
