Plex doesn't add TV series (Tv Shows) named with sXXeXX

Hi,
something really strange happen to my Plex media server… in order to better organize my TV shows library I wanted to properly name the videos, so I looked on the interned and I found that the proper name for the series must contain the format sXXeXX to indicate the season number and the episode number.
I did it, but as soon as I did it all the episodes disappeared from the Plex media server… so I renamed them with the format SxE (like 1x01).
Ok you can claim that if the Plex media server reads this format it could be a solution, but with this way it doesn’t properly organize the library…
Any one has ad idea or a solution?

I’ve named the files like this
/Band of Brothers (2001) - s01e01 - Currahee [1080p Bluray].mkv

but, as I wrote in my topic, if I use this format plex doesn’t read/add them to the media library

Can you also share which folder the Library is pointing to, and the Show and Season folder structure inside it?

For example:

Library → /drive/media/television

 /drive/media/television/Band of Brothers (2001)
 /drive/media/television/Band of Brothers (2001)/Season 1
 /drive/media/television/Band of Brothers (2001)/Season 1/Band of Brothers (2001) - s01e01 - Currahee [1080p Bluray].mkv

but I repeat, the problem is in the part “s01e01” that in the plea guide should be the most important, if I name the videos like that pleas doesn’t add them to the library
