I’ve been watching Farscape on Plex for some time now and I am up to season 2 episode 20. From last night for some reason I can no longer watch Farscape episodes at all, not even the ones I’ve already seen. Can you please let me know what is going on? I’d like to resume watching Farscape, but I don’t know how. Just to test, I tried watching other shows in the program menu and they seem to work ok. I just can’t get back to watch Farscape. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, comments or solutions?
Do you mean the free on-demand Farscape that is on Plex? Or your own media?
I just tried playing the the pilot episode from the on-demand Farscape. It played fine.
If you were watching Farscape via Plex’s free, ad supported service, then the show may no longer be available in your country (I’m guessing you’re not in the USA, since Farscape is available here).
The content providers used by Plex regularly change which movies and shows are available in a given country (much like the other streaming services).
Check justwatch.com. Farscape may be available on other streaming services in your country.
I know all 4 seasons are on Tubi as well as the two parter “The Peacekeeper Wars”
Thankyou all for your responses, very much appreciated. I’ve only tried seasons 1, 2 & 3 and they aren’t working. The person who suggested it’s no longer available in Australia might be onto something, I can’t get it on Tubi either. I will follow the suggestion to see if there IS somewhere I CAN get it. Quite annoying to get nearly to the end of season 2 and not be to go any further.
Hahaha, I just looked at justwatch.com and it says Farscape is no longer available in Australia. I haven’t paid to watch TV in over 60 years and I don’t intend to start now. Much easier to go without.
Well, definitely sounds like it’s a licensing deal that expired. Keep in mind these deals are often cyclical and it will very likely become available sometime in the future. And since we are coming up to moving on to a new month, you may want to check JustWatch in September and see if some other streamer has picked it up.
Thanks for that, I agree, now that I’ve learned about and now have just watch on the TV I can check in on Farscape and maybe even find some guitar lessons for my daughter.
