I have a Windows Plex server that updated itself to version 1.32.7.7484 but when I go to the Plex Download website the latest version available is 1.32.6.7521.
We pulled the download 6 days ago due to some large issues some users were experiencing. You are on Windows so it would not have affected you and if you got it prior to the pull you would still have it.

What is your recommendation for the Plex servers that didn’t automatically update to 1.32.7.7484?
Should I update to the currently available update or should I wait until you resolve the issue with the version that was pulled?
