I recently setup an Ubuntu 16.04 server with a Plex Media server. Everything seems to work fine with the exception that I can NOT play live TV. I’m currently using an HD HOMERUN Connect device to stream my antenna signal to my Plex server. When I try to play a channel, there is only an option to record the show. Obviously, I don’t have something configured right because this setup works fine from my Windows machines with Plex servers. Any ideas?
There is a minimum server software version which supports live tv.

Thank you for your answer. I’ve been to this page before but haven’t seen anything that might suggest where the problem lies. When I look at my program guide in Plex, I see no PLAY button on the screen - only a record button. After scouring the settings section, I did not see any option to enable/disable the ability to play live TV. A screenshot is attached.
Take a look at your plex server software version number.
I noticed that there was an update released on the 28th. I just finished applying it and all is well. Thanks for helping me!
